2025 CENSUS UPDATE SCHEDULE
1. Thursday, May 1st to Sunday, June 1st. Collection of annual contributions.
2. Sunday, June 1st, LAST DAY to register new members to the web https://www.internationalhumanistparty.org/ .
- 2.1 From Monday, June 2nd to Wednesday, June 4th. The ECI distributes the lists of all registered adherent members to the National Teams and Promoter Teams so they can check whether all new full members on their REGISTRATION lists are registered online before submitting their lists to the ECI.
3. Order of the Full Member Census
3.1 By Sunday, June 15th. The National Coordination Teams or Promoter Teams prepare the list and send it to the ECI. These submissions may present different situations regarding registrations and deregistrations, and we will detail how to proceed in each case.
A: In cases where there have been changes since the last census, the following steps are followed:
. A list of the full members who will be removed (deregistered) is created. The list of members will contain the USERNAME (as it appears on the PHI website) in each case.
. Another list of all new full members who will be added (registered) is created. The list of members will contain the USERNAME (as it appears on the PHI website) in each case.
. A complete list of all full members is created, updated as it appears after additions and deletions.
National Coordination Teams and Promotion Teams are asked to review the following BEFORE sending their lists of additions and deletions of full members to the ECI.
Check:
1. That the new full members on their REGISTRATION list are currently registered in the network (check with the list of adherents sent to them by the ECI for this purpose).
2. That the USERNAME (as listed on the PHI website) is included in each case on the lists.
3. That the email addresses in each case are correct and in use by the respective member.
B. In cases where there have been no changes since the last census:
In this case, the NCEs or Promotion Teams must send a confirmation to the ICT stating that there have been no changes since the last census (2024 census).
3.2 By Sunday, June 29, the ICT updates the registry and sends the new lists to the National Coordination Teams and Promotion Teams.
The National Coordination Teams and Promotion Teams verify that the new update is correct. Any anomalies are reported to the ICT.
3.3 On Monday, June 30, the Federation will have a new list of full members.
