TIMETABLE FOR UPDATING THE 2023 CENSUS
1. Monday, May 1 to Sunday, May 28. Collection of annual contributions.
2. Sunday, May 28, LAST DAY to register new members to the network.
2.1 From Monday, May 29 to Wednesday, May 31.the ICTdistributes the lists of all registered adhering members to the National Teams and Promoting Teams so that they can check if all new Full Members on their ALTA lists are registered on the website before they send their lists to the ICT.
3. Order of Full Member Census
3.1 Until Sunday 11 June. The National Coordination Teams or Promotion Teams prepare the list and send it to the ICT. These submissions may present different situations in terms of registrations and cancellations, and we will detail how to proceed in each case.
A: In cases where there are changes since the last census, the following steps are followed:
. A list of Full Members to be removed (deregistered) is drawn up. The list of members will contain the NAME OF THE USER (as it appears on the IHP website) in each case.
. Another list is made of all new Full Members to be added (added). The list of members will contain the USER NAME (as listed on the IHP website) in each case.
National Coordinating Teams and Promoting Teams are requested to review the following BEFORE submitting their Full Member additions and deletions listings to the ICT.
Check:
1. that the new full members on their ALTA list are currently registered in the network (check against the list of adherents sent by the ICT for this purpose).
2. That the USER NAME (as it appears on the IHP website) is included in each case in their listings.
3. That the email addresses in each case are correct and in use by the respective member.
B. In cases where there have been no changes since the last census:
In this case NCTs or Promoting Teams must send a confirmation to the ICT stating that there have been no modifications since the last census (2022 census).
3.2 Until Sunday25 June, the ICT updates the register and sends the new lists to the National Coordination Teams and Promoter Teams.
3.3 Until Sunday 2 th July, work on the final update of the census:
Confirmation of the Register. The National Coordination Teams and Promotion Teams corroborate that the new update is correct. Abnormalities are reported to the ICT.
From the end of the 2th of July the Federation will have a new Full Membership register generated in the 2023 Census.
On that day, the electronic route to follow to consult the new census will be announced.
